Picture of me on vacation summer 2009 just to show I practice what I preach. I have fairly average genetics, but I am able to get into outstanding shape and can reach very low bodyfat levels using advanced training and diet techniques.
Hi,
My name is Charles Malina and I`ve started Enduringhealthmanual.com to help you achieve and exceed your health and fitness goals. I`m just a regular college student who happens to be laser focused on getting and maintaining ideal health, fitness, and longevity, and now I want to share my ideas and findings with you. I`ve helped several individuals in the civilian and military worlds achieve their physical and aesthetic goals, including varsity athletes and prospective infantry and special warfare officers. Recently I`ve had enough requests for me to provide personalized training and diet plans that I decided to start this website so anyone can access the information I`ve accumulated.
This site is focused on combining diet and fitness tips that mainstream actors and models use to achieve great looking bodies with training methods and secrets used by elite athletes and military units. Essentially I want to help you achieve the ideal body; perfectly functional and capable of extreme power output and endurance, but at the same time aesthetically pleasing and attractive to the opposite sex.
All the best,
Charles Malina
Hi Charles, just found yours site. I will be sure to take a look and learn what you have to share
All the best!

Thanks for commenting Yavor! I`ve actually been following your site for about a year now. Really love your stuff, especially your post on the renegade rows. Those are a staple of my workout plan now:) I have a background in Gymnastics and I`m training for the Marine Corps (Going to OCS in May) so I`m always looking for crazy new exercises to tryout lol.
You do sorta look like a gymnast – you’ve got that ‘compact’ look. If you are bored you can try the ‘full contact twist’ that I wrote about in the last post
Good luck with the OCS man! Looking forward to your posts,
Y.
Hey Charles,
I just read your posts and I think your writing style is really good. You get your point across without slowing down the flow of the article. Very reader friendly.
You mentioned above that you have a gymnastics background. I wonder if that is a topic you might cover here? I have been looking for a way to incorporate some gymnastic aspects into my training but it’s hard to come by. I would certainly be interested in hearing what your experience with gymnastics was like, if you feel it has been an advantage for strength training or if it’s relevant. Just thought it might be an idea.
Anyway, just wanted to give some feedback. Thanks.
David,
Thanks, I appreciate your feedback! I`m definately going to cover some really cool gymnastics tips and tricks. I`m a Rings and pommel horse specialist mainly so I`ve got some great torso and upper body strength training progressions.
Yavor,
Thanks, yeah I`ve been involved with it since I was three, so I was lucky to have a good athletic base by the time I branched out in highschool and college. I`ll definately try the full contact twist, probably tonight during conditioning:)
Charles
Cool, I look forward to reading them.

Excellent read, I just passed this onto a colleague who was doing a little research on that. And he actually bought me lunch because I found it for him smile So let me rephrase that: Thanks for lunch!
